DirecTV approached us in search of a solution for presenting the results of their Historias WOW! Series-- an internal program for nominating and rewarding inspiring stories of excellent customer care throughout the service year. We settled on the Apple iBook format as a way to effectively deliver dynamic content with embedded rich media, producing a deliverable with a huge impact at a low cost.
